I have tried the lance lasers, tandem charge srm ammo, sanctuary worlds srms, basically all the stuff I could find that would do internal damage before blasting off all the outer armor. The weapons did structure damage but never caused any critical hits that I could see.

Are there any weapons that can do crits through the outer armor?

I saw that eventually ATF is doing away with the CLEO notification, however, when I filled out the electronic Form 1 yesterday it was still there.

Is there any reason why the CLEO notification has to be via certified mail? Can I just email it to the right person?
