What's the longest streak you've maintained at gym before quitting?
Not looking for tips. Just genuinely curious what's your honest number before you fell off? Mine is 3 months. Wondering if this is normal or if most people last longer. I've noticed I can always restart but maintaining past a certain point is where I struggle. It's never injury or schedule just something mentally shifts and I stop showing up. Then the guilt makes it harder to go back. So I'm curious if others experience the same pattern or if I'm the only one who hits a wall after a few months of consistency.
