Real estate law-Is it too late to go back to previous owners about junk left on property?
When we moved in in January, previous owners left junk in the back yard behind the garage and in the basement behind our furnace/duct work. We were too caught up in the stress of moving and being new homeowners to address it. Can we go back to them through our lawyers and have them remove their junk or do we “own” it now legally?
