Capacitance Variance

Capacitance Variance

I’m trying to make sense of the measurements I’m getting on some capacitors. I’m not super knowledgeable about this so I’m not sure if I am using the correct terminology, but hopefully this isn’t incoherent.

I’m building an Erica Synth’s Bassline euro module, which requires a number of 100nf ceramic capacitors.
I have a set of 100nf capacitors I ordered from Tayda that measure mostly 70nf-90nf with some as low as 64nf or as high as 144nf. I also measured some Bojack capacitors that I only have a few of, and almost all are within 87nf - 105nf.

I am using a TC1 to measure, and have confirmed the labels on all capacitors are 104.

Is this a negligible amount of variance or am I correct in assuming I must have a bad batch of capacitors?
Is there some rule of thumb or table or something that indicates acceptable variance for a given value?
Thanks!!

I’ve got a pair of AC188ks and I’m fairly new to building, so I have a couple probably silly questions.

First, I could not find a proper datasheet in English (only German) and am not able to identify which legs are which - is anyone familiar with these that could clue me in?

Second, what are some good uses for this? I’m currently planning on throwing it into a Sunface, but I’m open to suggestions.

Edit: they came with a piece of cardboard that says 164 and 141. I assume this is a measurement of leakage?
