I was trying to check out my new jsaux dock last night and play a little Diablo 4. I had nothing but problems with my external controller. I had to disable the embedded controller, turn my external off and then back on again then sometimes diablo or Battle.net still wouldn’t recognize the controller. The controller also randomly would stop responding in windows or toggle the gamepad function on and off on its own. The Xbox button didn’t work half of the time and it was overall just a terrible experience. What am I missing here?
