Does anyone know what these itchy bumps on my thigh may be?
These bumps appeared yesterday and are a little itchy. When I look closely, it looks like there are tiny red dots( kinda looks like burst blood vessels)and then redness in a circle, idk if it can be observed in the photo. I have keratosis pilaris, so I don't know if it could be inflammation from it or not. They don't really bother me but I'm curios of what they are and I already went to the dermato for other issues( like some mysterious worse itchy bumps on my arms that i still don't know what they are) and spent quite a lot of money
