How was the transition from CFO to fCFO?
For those who moved from CFO to fractional and interim work, how long did it take you to land your first client, and how long until you felt like you'd reached a reasonably going concern? I'm starting with networking only, but I'm really good with meeting people and creating good relationships. I've got decades of experience, CPA, MBA, and 10 years in the CFO seat.
Also, how did sitting in the seat as a fractional or interim differ from being a W-2?
