I'm curious if anybody can point me in the right direction. The company has offered a Temp Manager position to me, and I am not at my max pay rate (IAM751 in WA). I have 2 questions:

1. If I take the permanent management position if it is offered, how long do I have to go back to my toolbox before I lose my progression, and do I lose my seniority? I've heard its 18 months but I'm not sure.

2. I've heard that after a Temp management position if you return to your toolbox you zoom to max pay rate for your labor grade. Is there any truth in this or any variation of this?
