Pretty sure I am not eligible, but wanted to make sure?

Great great grandfather: Born 1863, Hanover, Germany

emigrated to US 1879/80, naturalized a US citizen in 1889

After that married my great great grandmother 1889 in US who was born in 1867 also in Hanover, Germany

Great grandmother born in NYC 1899

Married natural born US citizen 1921

Grandmother born in NYC 1923, married 1945 to natural born US citizen

Mother born NYC 1947, married 1973 to natural born US citizen

Me born in NJ 1980.

I think because my great great grandfather lived outside Germany for more than 10 years before 1914, I am not eligible. Thank you!
