Both the Umehoshi brothers were being teased since last month with the road to 2.5 Anniversary, and now after the reward rain they gave is, Yasushi arrives bringing together Zetton (again?) for FREE, all you gotta do is complete his daily missions (I did 2 already and I felt that both were scripted so it's that easy), which are 15 and in the end you'll unlock him as a playable characters for your team.

Yasushi is abnormally strong in terms of stats, he's above most of the previous LEGEND tier characters and he'll probably be a beast if combined with Masashi when he gets released.

The new guaranteed LEGEND store was renewed with Rindaman, Hana, Takumi and Takeda Kousei, previously we got Bouya, Ryuushin and Tatsuya Bitou, so if they plan on doing a new renewal in the future, we'll probably get Parko, Kouhei and Kyozuke Kizu. To get points to spend there all you gotta do is pull on the gacha page and you'll get them depending on which banner you're pulling.

The event is looking great but not as good as the previous half anniversary imo, the LEGEND Zetton is cool but his Veteran version just came out and seeing him again is kinda shitty, but I didn't get the previous one so another LEGEND Suzuran character for me is always welcome though.

If you want to play you just gotta create a Japanese account on your phone and download it on your app store, there's also another method in case you're not able to but you won't be able to spend money on the game but you can play it normally, just comment and I'll answer with a link to a tutorial I made some months ago.

The only character to switch up from Suzuran to Housen to Suzuran again, legend Washio Gota had to pay back Tatsuya Bitou for that kick and finished the job he started in Suzuran. What's next for this madman? Spreading gas all around the Armament's scrapyard and lighting it up?

Being serious now, Takahashi was crazy and very bold to do that, I'm very hyped about this plot and something we should be paying attention is that they specified that the school is under repairs and will finish next year in the story, and I'm sure Housen will want to make a huge comeback. Basically foreshadowing us a Suzuran x Housen arc in the future, Dustland finally starts to live up to it's name, because unlike it was in Worst beginning (mainly because of Guriko and the dissolution of the Kurotaki alliance), the city's balance is REALLY messed up right now, because a major faction is literally so far away it's outta the map. Let's just see what Takahashi sensei is cooking for us.

They are also giving away daily 3000 denigots up to 63000, which is great if you're thinking about spending to get Shougo or another LEGEND character in the future. In the last image as you can see we'll get the Umehoshi Brothers, last year they released EX+ Tier with Suzuki Keizou, I kinda like that they give us Gaiden characters in specific dates, makes me wonder who we'll get in 3.5 anni.

These 63000 gold bars are crazy good to someone who's starting because they give the player an opportunity to get over 200 pulls, and a guaranteed featured LEGEND is 300 and you even get a part of their set on it's way, just don't forget to do everything in their respective event so you can get the full set and make him go crazy in power level.

I was rereading the TFOA vs EMOD arc and the moments where Hana bumped into Shougo in the city made me wonder that they would actually fight in some time, but the idea was probably scrapped. But that's not all, we can see a moment 3 chapters later of Mikuni Yuukyou meeting with Mitsumasa to say he fought some guys that were underestimating Housen by trying to convince him to make an alliance to take on Suzuran, after telling Mitsumasa about this, he said that the freshmen at least, just like he and his brothers were during Joe's time, ready to test their strength on Suzuran, but just like that moment between Hana and Shougo, nothing happened at all.

Notice that in the same chapter that Yuukyou met Mitsumasa and told him that story with that dropout guy that indirectly looked down on Housen, we saw TFOA members going to Machida with the objective to bat an eye on Bisuko, showing that they were planning to take on Manji Empire and just like it happened in Crows, they symbolized the final arc.

Was Shougo planning or was suddenly convinced by Hana to make plans to go to war against Suzuran at the same time that they were provoking the Manji Empire? Is he fucking insane? Also, Mitsumasa was a pussy for not trying ANYTHING after he fought Hana, Joe at least fought strategically (he knew the odds for him were way lower, he was right for doing what he did to Zetton, although it showed how pragmatic he was, and it gave a bad example to Mitsumasa and his brothers imo, because that was a cowardly, but necessary move) before going to the actual battleground, but Mitsumasa didn't even move.

So, were these sequences some sort of soft-teaser of a final Suzuran x Housen with TFOA interference (Amachi was already defeated and I doubt he would get involved)? Or these were just page fillers so Takahashi didn't need to draw action sequences, as it was happening during the war between TFOA and the Moth. I personally think that it was a big and complex arc that was later given up on, since there was no space for it between the Manji Empire invasion, the seven x seven battle and the actual finale of the manga.

We know that a Suzuran x Housen happened during the time Mitsunori was the top dog since they mentioned a fight between Rocket and Mikuni, that's cool but that was not only an off screen event but not what was actually hinted to us. These sequences happened in Chapter 99 and the other on 102, both go hard and specially the second one gets a bit overshadowed since it happens at the same time the big battle between the two groups is going on, and I'd say these are one of the reasons I was rereading, but I only thought of that possibilty just now.

The moment that bro stood up and only fucking walked away Sanzo knew that something was about to happen, but he tripped and couldn't react to that punch. Something similar happened to Bouya when he first met Rinda, he was hit and his wound opened, and he somehow was intimidated by the stare of the person in front of him, leaving him open to a clean hit to the face. Another thing that's in common in these scenes is that both of them stood up just to fall down again after getting hit.

Sanzo is not gonna take that lightly just like Bouya didn't, he'll skip class to go after that guy, he's not gonna tell anyone and their fight will probably be also unknown to most students (or no one), that's a rivalry being born right before our eyes, just like it happened with Bouya and Rindaman.

Idk if I was reading too fast but that chapter felt so rushed, by the end of it it looked like I was fucking drunk, shit happened so fast, even Hibari's unfinished fight felt fast as hell. About Hibari though I don't think he'll hunt that Kouya guy, but they will surely meet in an opportune and decisive time, and I feel like Hibari will finally make a name for himself because I have a feeling that there will be at least one witness (someone from Nakahara or Hazuki from Kochoran).

Just think about it, it's two big shots against two underdogs, Sanzo who's on top 5 middle schoolers in the city versus that glasses guy that is clearly not very known; and Hibari, who keeps a low profile versus Narushima Kouya, who's also on the top 5. That's a turning point for both main characters.

Too bad no one saw him since they are not stand users, shit would have gone crazy if he decided to intervene

In Crows, right at the chapter where Bouya is talking to the Ebizuka Trio about the Front of Armament, Hiromi brings up a guy who was murdered by them, Shinji, who was their friend. Nothing is know about this school neither it was mentioned after it, we don't have any info on Shinji besides him being a biker and by also being a strong guy.

Even the most minor high schools like Touyoudai, that was introduced mid Worst and was remembered in Crows Gaiden Housenka get some attention, but Ara High might be the most mysterious school in the series, because not only it was mentioned a single time in one chapter, but it's only known student is not only dead, but we also didn't even see his face.

So Watari has let Shiou off the hook but probably made him work for his group for real, and knowing him, this is trick and a test to see if Totou has the balls to stab someone, but we've seen what Shiou is capable of and it is obviously rigged for Totou's failure.

This isn't a side plot, it will connect to the main thing about the Subshells since Totou is also part of 1-Z, and he will be targeted the moment Takion officially gets released from the Shiguma Family's claws, and I think Shiou might be the one to officially declare it, and guys from Subshells will soon go after his neck, and who knows what might happen now, I doubt this fatty will use that knife to defend himself but these guys are so unpredictable that I just have the feeling that someone, including Totou or maybe even Shiou, will soon get shish-kebabed, accidentally or not.

I knew this Amon Masaharu guy being mentioned in Chapter 10 was already something but damn he looks scary as fuck even for a middle school freshman, bro's giving Dosuken vibes with his face full of scars and a buzz cut.

I'll be honest I'm seriously tired of Sanzo beating all guys with a single punch and that's it, now I want some equal action and I think this baldy might be the first one to give us that, I had high hopes for Yabashi West Mid but they were just cowards who preyed on a regular guy like Sentarou and posed no threat to the main guys, but Kochouran is a brand new school and they are portrayed as no joke since they are above Kyoka which is a school we already know about that forms tough guys, so we might actually get to see something interesting now, a challenge I'd say.

People talking about character design lately can see this and conclude that Takahashi still has it, Sakota and Yaita are tired adults who probably are way past their prime, so it's natural for them to look thin, but seeing these kids who are what, 13-14 years? Puberty is gonna hit them all and we'll see great designs in the future, I'm sure of it, that Amon kid got the shape to be just like a thinner Mitsunori tho, their scar backgrounds are sorta similar lol.

By the way I hope that thing that mole boy said about Amon being a tiger sleeping in the forest is true because Hibari and Sanzo were hyped as fuck so we also should be, if they fumble with this arc it will pretty much tarnish this early run in the manga imo because as most of people concluded, that's basically a pre-Suzuran arc and Takahashi CAN'T fumble that bro, he just can't afford to mess it up.

Whenever I think about a politician, a spineless, close minded and generally boring person comes to mind, but that was a big surprise. This seriously got me thinking that the mayor might actually be someone we have already seen in the past, no regular person would view Suzuran as something beyond a shithole and any average politician would do their best to hide/destroy it, but no, this guy, probably a delinquent in his teenage years, sees Suzuran as something great and probably turns a blind eye to most things that happen there.

I remember that in Crows Zero, that police officer guy who was chasing Serizawa mentioned that if it was some students fighting he would just ignore it, not to mention that other police officer that appeared in Crows The Aftermath who actually went to Suzuran when he attended high school (who knew exactly what was going on there and didn't do shit), so despite this shady background as we saw with Yasu trying to look for a job, someone who went to Suzuran might actually get to work in a relatively high position in society.

I'm not saying the mayor is ex-Suzuran, far from it, would even be more plausible if he was ex-Housen (although it is also unlikely lmao, more probably from a lower tier school), but I'm sure he's no regular person, otherwise he would just suck those complaints and take action against it like any other dog on a leash, but that wasn't the case.
