I was clearing out my gallery and looking at my ring again. It photographs so well. The emerald cut literally has no bad angles.

I ordered a Gold-plated stock ring from ATTAGEMS back in May. The plating on the bottom started wearing away in July. I messaged the seller to have the same design made in 14k Gold. They were quick to respond and accepted my order with no issues. Here's the PSV.

Similar design to my silver pendant. Sam made the hexagon, jump ring, and 8mm Dark Gray Moissanite pendant. I added the leather straps and ribbon crimp/clasp.

I think I like Kuololit's Dark Gray Moissanite better than Paston's. The color is deeper.

Lulu was my rep for this one. Paston made the pendant and hexagon in Sterling Silver. I found a Sterling Silver clasp and 6mm ribbon crimps from an AliExpress store called "JustNeo". The faux leather straps are 3mm wide. Really quick & easy process for this one.

These are my engagement rings! My fiancé knows I have a "thing" about mixing metals[seriously I even have one pair of Gold prescription glasses and one pair of Silver🫣] so we had one ring made in 14k Gold & one in Platinum.

Last year, my partner and I designed a custom ring for me based on an old Bario Neal ring. First, we went with Provence. I ordered a custom cut center stone, but never received a stone check before the ring shipped. So when it arrived, there were some things I wanted to change.

I decided to have the ring remade and went with Tianyu this time around because this sub said they could handle detailed/complicated designs. I worked with Sue on this. She was SO patient and accommodating.

While I waited on that, I started reading about Distinctive Gem and I got really curious. I searched for examples in the size and cut I wanted and couldn't find anything. I decided to save up and buy one myself(for research purposes🙂‍↕️) They were great and easy to work with. It took about 6 weeks for them to cut it for me. When they sent the pre-shipment video I audibly screamed.

I had the original ring from Provence, the remake from Tianyu, and a loose stone from Distinctive Gem. After comparing all three, Distinctive Gem was my favorite for the center stone and Tianyu was my choice for the setting. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the stone from Tianyu. They really held their own against Distinctive Gem. You'd have to be REALLY close up like in my photos and videos to see the differences between them.

Edit to add: I know my ring design is gaudy and unusual, but *I* am also gaudy and unusual in real life. This one is very me and I am thrilled to be wearing it(and its Platinum twin) for the rest of my life☺️

I ordered a stock pendant from Joyce Jelly, and the stone fell out as soon as I opened the [damaged] package.

I think it's amazing and the higher price makes total sense now. What do you all think?
