Whose cat is this?
Location: NE DC
This baby made it into my building and was right outside my apartment door this morning. She invited herself in. She's wearing a standard issue flea collar. She's very affectionate and seems like she has interacted with humans before.
Does this little one belong to someone or is the Cat Distribution System™️ distributing?
UPDATE: She is about 6 months old, intact, no microchip. I'm going to see if she will be still enough to get some decent photos and post flyers in the buildings.
