Hi, can you please give me your exact settings for an espresso on your La Specialista ? I have been tweaking and trying it and it still comes out wrong.

I use Lavazza beans and have had the grind setting on 3. Still, coffee comes through too fast, and then doesnt even pour for 10 seconds. It comes out too fast and too bitter.
