Vision 2030 - CIBIL Score 750+ now mandate for 1 Litre petrol on No-cost EMI

Future takes 2030:

Went to an Indian oil petrol pump to fill up a 2 wheeler. The tank was on reserve, but instead of handing me the nozzle, the attendant redirected me straight to Desk #4: Fuel Finance & Loan Verification Officer.

After 25 minutes of document verification and biometric scanning, here are the updated Indian Oil Financial Services terms for 2030:

0.5 Liters (Starter Pack): Instant approval via Aadhaar OTP. 3 easy monthly EMIs.

Full Tank (Luxury Segment): Requires 3 months' payslips, 2 guarantors (preferably government employees), and your original property documents.

Defaulting Penalty: If your EMI bounces, recovery agents will show up at your house at 3 AM with a pipe and a jerrycan to siphon the fuel back out.

Finally, a government that acts... but is a 1-year ban actually going to change anything, or just feed the black market?"

Karnataka just dropped a 1-year ban on the manufacture, storage, sale, and transport of gutkha and pan masala containing tobacco or nicotine. While it's great to see a government taking public health and city cleanliness seriously, a temporary ban usually just pushes everything underground and skyrockets black market prices.

Do you think this will actually curb consumption, or will it just be business as usual under the table?

Joke of the day, Why don't they ban the product...

They are Banning the packaging but not the cause of the cancer like pan masala, vimal, etc.

I think because it's consumed by Modi as well.
