quick practical tip here:
Holding in your pee stops you from taking deep breaths which forces you to take shorter breathes and leads to a higher heart rate overall. This increase in heart rate can cause stress to creep up and lead you towards stress eating.
I noticed this when I was feeling a lot of cravings and they went away as soon as I started taking deep breaths. Why i wasnt taking deep breaths a lot of times i was holding onto extra pee.
Dont let stress creep up! Be aware of pee!
