Leonidas Chronograph Restauration

This is my Leonidas Chronograph with a Landeron 48 inside. Found it for really cheap (around 50€). Took some time to disassemble everything and I found two main problems:

  1. The balance staff is broken.
  2. I found one of the eccentrics lose inside of the watch.

So now I need to clean everything and then try to repair it and put it back together. I’m also thinking about a new gold plating for the case.
Does anyone know how the eccentrics are connected to the plates? Do I just stick it back in the hole?
And what do you think of the watch?

Found this online does someone know if it’s real and from when it is? I was confused because there is nothing on the dial or back of the case.
