I'm new to this so please bear with me. I installed Jellyfin, setup the local server and it runs fine, i created the outbound rule for port 8096, but when i attempt to access the server address via my iphone (while on the same wifi) i get the "Could not connect to server" error message. IPV4 is confirmed, port number as well. I tried reinstalling Jellyfin but still faced the same issues. Would appreciate any input or guidance to troubleshoot. Thanks!

Edit: I meant inbound rule. Also, I tried testing with firewall off, problem persisted.
