Advice on microdose in healthy bmi
looking for advice on microdosing/would love to hear from people who can relate. I ordered tirz and it finally came in the mail... wanted to hear more about experiences of people who are in healthy bmi and take glp-1. I lost approx 35 lbs naturally a year ago, and now have been dealing with food noise. Im 5'5 & went from 155 heaviest to currently 126. My lowest was 119.. life got in the way and i gained 7 lbs in that timeframe. I would love to see my body under 120 but its been so difficult to get back to under 125. I workout very often (weights, cardio, ect), but have had terrible food noise and some binging episodes over the last few months, which is why im turning to this option. The scale weekly goes from 129/128-126 and ive just been battling within that range for some time now. I feel so inflamed and feel that nothing is working in terms of getting my body in the aesthic and a physically comfortable state. Even with lowering calories. And yes i know medically i do not qualify but if this is what will help me i want to try it. My lifestyle is active so im not too worried about keeping it off when i get there since thats how i felt when i reached my goal of under 130. Thanks in advance
