I just recently bought a HyperX Cloud Jet Dual Wireless Headset and am having problems where the microphone is still working even though the swivel is set to mute. I’ve checked settings and it says that the microphone is the only microphone active so I don’t know why audio keeps getting picked up. Please send recommendations on what to do.
