Since Aizawa very briefly made Oboro come out again, wouldnt it be possible for shinso to force kugisaku to become oboro?

Would have loved to see some sort of reference or an actual power dispute or something like a meetup between these 2 titans. If they were at the same ultra elite gathering or something They seem like one of the most powerful men in the country in this universe.
