

Remembered i had a gaming computer in the guest room for the last 2 years, worked fine before it was abandoned, and a few more times months afterwards. One day went to turn it on and it just shuts down every 4 seconds before it boots up, constantly restarting…said “damn” and ignored it, some months pass and i’m messing with it again. I noticed one of the memory slots clip wasn’t fully seated so i removed the GPU, reslotted it, put everything together and nothing. When it does decide to turn on the monitor just says no signal and after some google searches it’s either the motherboard or gpu. i’m not too knowledgeable on this stuff. So moral of the story am i better just trying to piece this out for parts on marketplace, given i don’t think i’d even get much for it i’m considering just trashing it…Idk let me hear your opinions
