I'm pursuing BCA right now from aerraa geraaaa clg but in 3 year. I'm confused I have to do BTech or BCA please anybody can guide me or suggest me?

One of my friend live in ghaziabad, Up her father is so sick he has fever Encephalitis or Brain Fever what she have to do she belongs to a middel class family.

And we can't admit in Ghaziabad Government Hospital because Ghaziabad MMG Hospital is too bad.
