How do you make the momo chutney ? I tried you tube tutorials but my chutney always ended up being sweet without adding any sugar. I have tried all recipes but none of them taste like the ones in the Dekhi market

I am pursuing btech from a tier 2.5 college in electronics and communication engineering. I tried a lot in oncampus placement but couldn't succeed. I have been applying to multiple positions off campus but don't get any calls. I am feeling very depressed specially seeing my classmates with resume worse than mine getting good offers.
I had always been topper in my school and even in college with CGPA> 9 still unable to land a job. I don't know what to do with my career. I have been learning MERN stack and also program in c++
Any advice would be helpful!
