does it count as a relapse if i only cut once?
when i cut, i usually cut a lot and deep. i sh'ed again today, but i only cut twice. it was so hard to stop myself from doing any more, and the thought of resetting my sober counter (even if it was only 6 days) sucks. does this actually count as a relapse? harm reduction's gotta count for something, right?
