AITA for being friends with my coworkers wife?
Throwaway account just in case.
I (f28) work from home at my company for almost 4 years. We have a small friend group there and meet occasionally. In a private group chat we talk about anything. One of the guys, Adam (fake name) is married for multiple years with his wife (f30). Half a year ago i found out me and her have the same interests and Hobbys, so he gave me her number and we started chatting everyday. He jokes about me stealing her, so at first I joked about that too, but due to the current situation I avoid that topic. In case thats important, me and her are bisexual
Now to the juicy part. Me and Jessica (fake name/wife of coworker) started talking a looooot and she also started telling me that she's not happy with her marriage. Hes basically a manchild and proud to be one, makes sexist comments at her etc. She thought about leaving him multiple times. Currently she's looking for new apartments so she can leave him. A few weeks ago she got the confirmation for a new apartment, so she will tell him soon that she wants to get a divorce. A week ago she drove to my place for 4 days so we can hangout and talk, obviously nothing happened between us. We watched movies the whole day, talked, plaid card games and drank wine.
He still has no clue that she will get a divorce and already has a new apartment, but he knows something is going on. She will drop the news soon. He told her that she needs to have less contact to me bc it makes him uncomfortable.
Im a bit scared about how it will be at work after the news dropped. We joked about me stealing his wife (i know weird ass joke) and now his wife will really get a divorce. Again we are friends, nothing romantic etc happend between me and her.
So..AITA for being good friends with my coworkers wife?
