so i have the latest new new predator helios neo 16s AI, and in it i have a problem with the Predator Sense software: whenever I shut down my laptop and boot it again, the predator sense mode switch button changes the mode but the keyboard flicker that we have with mode switches does not happen

and also after some reboots my settings for the keyboard backlight settings and all are gone, like back to default and even if i try to change them, they do not get changed.

i have reinstalled the software multiple times but still face the same problem.
i have tried claude's ideas as well but they didn't work either.
so if anyone has this issue and have solved it, can you please help me?
