Having a pretty confusing issue with my COROS Pod 2 on the treadmill today. For the last 3 days, everything was normal treadmill vs Pod pace only differed by ~5-15sec.
But today it completely broke:
- Treadmill speed: 6.0–6.3 km/h (so should be around 9:30–10:00/km)
- Pod is showing ~6:xx min/km (way faster than reality)
- So the gap now is around 3 min/km difference (huge difference)
What’s weird:
- Even when I slow down the treadmill, the Pod pace barely changes
- After the run, I calibrated the distance, but it actually made the activity data even more messed up
I used the same shoe, pod placement and treadmill. It was working perfectly just yesterday, so I’m not sure what suddenly caused this.
Should I always calibrate the pod before use?
Even the chart and the lap is not showing the same data
