[TOMT][Movie/TV] Woman says “[name], you betta hurray!” (meaning “hurry”) — 1990s–2000s comedy

There’s a phrase that has been stuck in my head for years and I cannot figure out where it’s from.
A woman says something like ”[two-syllable name], you betta hurray!” — using “hurray” to mean “hurry.” She says it in an encouraging, cheerful way, not angry or nagging.
What I remember:
• It was from a comedy movie or TV show
• Probably from the 1990s, but no later than the 2010s
• The tone was funny/comedic
• It could be from an Adam Sandler type movie
• The name she calls out sounds like it could be Tommy, Bobby, Jonny, or another two-syllable name
• It was likely a throwaway/background moment, not a famous quote
Has anyone ever heard this?? It’s driving me crazy! 😄
