Spying on customers
Weird thing happened twice! So my mother lives in another state and she just moved to a new address. I live in florida. Capital one has been sending promotional letters for credit cards to her address. Mind you this is a new address for her and her address is not added to my capital one acct. Her current and past addresses have never been added to my acct. I dont have a CC with them and only debit. I called and asked them to stop, because thats so weird. There cant even be a glitch in the system because again we live in two different states with different addresses and her address is not on my acct. Representative couldn’t even explain why that is happening. So my question is how is this happening?? It has happened twice. Could it be that they are secretly spying on us or something??? The guy did a cease and desist on the acct. Lets see if that works. Also let me know if this has happened to anyone else.
