Do you know if Weimark does a soft credit pull when doing an apartment application? Im applying for an apartment and they use Weimark for their credit check and my guarantor wants to be sure it wont be a hard pull and bring their credit score down.

Does anyone know if Weimark does a soft credit pull when doing an apartment application?
