The tree was stressed and then a storm came and took almost all of it's needles.

Hi, i work at a place on weekends. I was called for 2 hours coaching meeting in the middle of the week.

The meeting consists of several allegations all of which I answered, however i did not find it appropriate to be scouring emails at that point and I found it unprofessional calling someone a liar in meeting.

When I requested the MOM I received these sheets of paper, which I need to sign. I found the MOM to be on a single narrative and it did omit several things I mentioned in the meeting for which I have email evidence.

I am a foreigner here, just gathering some Canadian experience before heading home. I wanted to know if this is the standard format for documenting MOM or it looks odd. I'm just looking for a fresh prespective as my judgement can be clouded by emotions.

I have been called several times on and off by a manager in meetings and where I have been questioned aggressively.

After our last meeting I decided ask for the MOM as I wanted to know what was actually documented.

Without saying much I just want a fresh opinion on the MOM. The meeting was about 1 and half hour, I work part-time weekends only and I came during the middle of the week for a coaching session.

Hi, did I prune my plant too much? It was already stressed, but I cut the apex to focus on branch growth.
