Question-I have been working for a single shop owner as their sole bather making $11.00 hr. The owner (the only other worker/groomer made over $1000.00 and gave me $3.00 for a cut of the tips. Should I be expecting a percentage of tips if I brush out, dry, cut nails, do ear hairs, etc.? On top of bathing? Thank you for your input.
