L-Lysine?
Just ordered l-lysine to take with my iron supplement (and D3, fish oil, zinc) to try and help my hair thinning/breakage/loss that I have experienced for the last year or so. Last blood test ferritin was at 64.7 so I know I need to get that up. Has anyone added this supplement to their routine and noticed a difference? How many mg do you take daily and how long have you taken it? TIA!
