How's the canon 80d in 2026?

so some context, I just recently started photography with my Canon t5 that my friend gave me. I've really started to enjoy it. But I realized how much I needed a fully articulating screen ( I couldn't take any low shots) and faster focus ( my t5 has to zoom out then in, to focus).

criteria:

- I'll mainly be shooting of cars and my family. and may bring it internationally. (shouldn't be as heavy as a brick, but I dont mind some heft)

- budget is $700 cad/ $510 usd ( I have 3 ef lenses already)

- i need faster auto focus

- good photo quality

- some form of weather proofing ( light droplets of rain and possibly dust)

thanks guys!

Found this 10+ yo drive in my closet, and wanted to see if it was usable, should I be concerned?
