Hi there guys ! My mental health has been kinda poor and I constantly feel like I'm in survival zombie mode , back to back to back working as a teaching assistant in a special needs school.
I feel guilty being signed off but being signed off for 2 weeks will really help me recover and I want to use this time to go abroad ?
Am I allowed ? To get a doctors note , signed off for depression but I wanna go back to my home country and be around family for a bit ?
