IQOO NEO 10 MOTHERBOARD DEAD PROBLEM
I bought an iQOO Neo 10 around a year ago, and unfortunately, just three days after my warranty expired, my phone suddenly switched off and has not turned on since. It has now been three days, and the device is completely dead.
I visited the authorized iQOO service center, where I was informed that the motherboard has failed. The estimated repair cost is over ₹20,000, which is a huge amount for a phone that is only about a year old. I never expected such a major hardware failure so soon.
I chose iQOO because I trusted the brand and believed it offered the same reliability and quality as Vivo. This is my first experience with iQOO, and honestly, it has been very disappointing. A motherboard failure just after the warranty period feels extremely unfortunate, especially when the phone has been used carefully and has no physical or water damage.
I am not trying to blame anyone—I genuinely need help. Paying more than ₹20,000 for a motherboard replacement is not financially feasible for me. I kindly request the iQOO team to review my case and see if there is any possibility of a goodwill repair, a discounted replacement, or any other support that can help resolve this issue.
I have always believed that a good brand is known not only for its products but also for how it supports its customers when they face unexpected problems. I sincerely hope iQOO will consider my request and help me find a fair solution.
I would be grateful if the iQOO support team could look into my case and assist me. Thank you.
