DAE's NP make up lies constantly?
As well as displaying delusions of grandeur, my narcissistic parent constantly lies, about everything.
She always has an excuse for things not going her way (she'll lie and create some grand story).
She can never live in the moment if we go somewhere - she'll constantly compare it to another time she went with x person and did x thing.
She constantly talks up other people in the family who are a similar age to me ... I think to make me jealous or whatever.
The lies keep getting worse with her advanced age though. I seem to be the only person in the family who can see it.
