Hi there, my dad is disabled and was previously cared for by my grandma who had LPA for him but she's recently become very unwell possibly dementia and recurring water infections and has been put in a care home. So my sister, cousin, and I are having to step in and manage stuff for both of them.

We have financial LPA for my grandma but unfortunately can't find out what her actual bank details are. Does anyone have any experience of this? We know which banks she has accounts with can i just ring them up and expain the situation?
