Therapist forgot everything and "remembered" shit that never happened

I just went through almost 12 weeks of the most bizarre therapy (if you can call it that) imaginable. This therapist, probably in her late 60s, had to be reminded every session of what I had been through in life from childhood trauma to military PTSD. Forgot my marital status every session, forgot whether I was taking medications or not, despite me telling her I was on some previously and got off them because of bad side effects.

Therapist told me to "put on my glasses" because I forgot them. I have never worn glasses and have 20/20 vision. In another session therapist remembers that "I am close to god and how important religion is to me". Not only did religion never get mentioned in our almost 12 sessions, but I am not religious and haven't been Catholic since I was in elementary school.

She was very flaky and would be all over the place with scheduling. One minute she was "sick with COVD-19" and had to cancel. The next session she would brag about going to her cabin out of state in New Mexico. When I called her out on her lie, she said she WAS sick from food poisoning and vomiting the entire drive back.

On what ultimately became our last session I tell her I am seeing a neurologist and might be diagnosed with something very seriously. She proceeds to tell me "not to worry about it" and that I'm going to be "just fine" and that I only have "a few minor ailments". She then canceled our next appointment and ghosted me when I tried to reschedule.

Dumbest shit a customer has ever told you?

I was employed at Best buy in the early 2010s when Hubert Joly took over and turned the company around. I get a random customer in Geek Squad asking me if I heard the news, I ask "what news?". He said "I heard that Best Buy is shutting down in 2 years". This was over a decade, maybe 12 years ago. Still waiting.

Edit: It happened in 2015 because the customer recommended Louis C.K.: Live at the Comedy Store.
