Y-DNA Haplogroup insight
Looking for some insight into the J-CTS7683 haplogroup. Anyone here also have this or could give me some more info about it?

What can you tell me about this Harrapa World Adimix?
Would it be possible to guess my ethnicity based on this?
Note:
I tested with MyHeritage last month, don’t have Y Haplogroup, and only simulated G25 Coords. I’m totally new to this, so still learning about how it works.

Advice for a newbie
Hi, I’m completely new to this process of testing DNA, and g25, Harappa etc.
Is there a recommended process to go through? I’d like to get my Y-DNA tested as well. British With AJK roots (Pahari Jatt).
What companies and websites would you guys recommend to get started?
A lot of the information I’ve seen online seems confusing, I’m not sure if certain companies offer Y Haplogroup testing in the UK.
