16101PRO newb, have problems with gear mesh
Hi!
I've bought a 16101Pro as a beginner basher to have some fun with, but I noticed a weird rattling sound right after opening the package and moving the chassis back and forth.
At first I thought it could be a diff, but as it seems it's the gear mesh that's not right: The pinion gear on the motor is too far away from the main spur gear and slipping.
There is a motor mount screwed on the motor that slips into the chassis and aligns the pinion gear position. The problem is, I can't for the love of god loosen the screws to adjust this plate. I've already tried a heat gun and even a soldering iron directly on the screws, they wont budge.
Any tips on what I could do to resolve the issue?
