Painting Rosemary Ave gray
I don't see the point of using taxpayer money to paint Rosemary Ave's brick street from natural brick color to gray. Who's idea was this?

West Palm Beach is still what is was created to be in the 1920s by Henry Flagler. WPB's purpose is to service Palm Beach.
Yes, some big financial houses have moved into WPB, and expensive condominiums are being built, but the purpose is the same.
Steven Ross is remaking WPB into a giant service center for PB.
Where does Ross live? He doesn't live with the riff raff in WPB. He lives in Palm Beach in an estate called 'The Reef" 702 N. County Road on oceanfront land with an 11,916-square-foot Art Moderne-style mansion.
WPB is for the nurses, caretakers, doctors, contractors, German car mechanics, dressmakers, landscapers, tennis pros, golf pros, yacht captains, bartenders, hotel managers, housekeepers, and now bankers and investment fund managers, and brokers, all to service the billionaires in Palm Beach.
It also serves as a place for PB residents to slum. Occasionally, they want to go to MacDonalds, they need to visit their Ferrari or Aston Martin, dealership. They need services, I once went into Flanigan's on Southern Blvd and saw 3 billionaires sitting around the bar. They like Flanigan's. They like the ribs. They like the drinks , but they don't want car dealerships, MacDonalds, or Flanigan's on their island.
That is the sole purpose of WPB. It's a service center for PB.
After a big run up to $216. NVDA is now just under $200. Is this the time to buy? or will it go lower?
