I noticed this bump around 2 months ago that seems like it’s in the fleshy part of my lower lip. It has very slowly started to grow bigger but isn’t painful or anything and unless I am scrunching my lips together or feeling for it with my tongue / finger, all you can really see is discoloration and veins or something .. it’s not on the surface of my lip it seems like it’s really in it. Any idea what it could be??
I have had pretty intense teeth issues for a while now due to not taking care of them and prior drug use while I was in active addiction. Since getting clean I have worked hard to get them taken care of and am almost at the point where I will have a partial denture (only 2 crowns to go!) but I’ve been kind of nervous since this popped up. Since i am on Medi-Cal my appointments are all months apart so it’ll be another month until I can ask anyone to look at it.. I don’t drink or use any drugs but I do vape nicotine every day. I brush my teeth twice a day. (Please ignore what was in my teeth- I was eating watermelon rings 😅)
Please help!! Should I be worried or is it probably nothing??
