Grinded gear for the first time today (2 months into stick shift)

FAHHH grinded 6th gear didn't notice I was way too slow (according to friend in passenger seat I was 7 mph) he asked if it could coast at low speeds in high gear though later I shifted into 6th a few times nothing was wrong so should be good 👍 (thank the lord)

Problem with constipation-like stool

This is my fourth week on the animal based diet. Every number 2 bathroom trip, the total volume of stool has decreased by a lot, and it's always "rabbit poo" so it looks like my intestine is absorbing too much water from the waste, which would mean the waste is in my intestines too long.

For information, this is what I've been eating.
Breakfast:
1 serving of frozen blueberries
1 serving of frozen strawberries
1 serving of non fat greek yogurt
Whole milk that I just drink right out of the container
Lunch:
1/2 avocado
8 ounces ground beef
Butter to cook the beef
1 banana
Some cheese
Honey drizzle
Dinner:
8 ounces of pork loin
Butter to cook the pork
3 eggs
Some cheese
Some fruit (1 kiwi / 1 mango / 1 orange, combination of either two)

I believe I'm eating enough fiber to support bowel movements, though perhaps not enough in the optimal range. Is it fat intake?

Am I just larping if I use brake hold and auto rev match?

What’s the consensus on newer manuals having these imo qualify of life features? Truth be told is if you told me to rev match I couldn’t do it…
As to why I haven’t learned to not rely on these two features, i’ve only been driving stick shift for a little over a month.

What adapter can make the USB port a charging port too? [11th gen]

Tried plugging a cord there but doesn't charge, but the manual labels it as a USB/charging port.

If an adapter can open that port up to charging as well that would be awesome because the whole car only has those two ports lol

Advice/help needed with building DIY setup with zero experience

I have been sim racing for exactly a year now, and I want to upgrade my gear seriously. The issue is it costs way too much, so I've been looking around at DIY and it's looking like DIY is going to be my only option with graduating from my g29.

I have looked at forums, youtube videos, as well as builds people have made that they shared and I'll be honest as someone with absolutely no exposure to software, tech, hardware making it looks so overwhelming.

I really need some direction with how I can get started with building DIY gear. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Which realistic milsim is the Assetto Corsa of military shooters?

Probably a niche question, but for those who don't know Assetto Corsa, it's one of the most beloved and versatile hardcore racing simulators. It has an insanely large modding community, making almost any kind of driving experience possible (cars, tracks/maps, weather, time of day, traffic, etc).

I want to get into PvP hardcore realistic milsim shooters and invest in one long term. As an Assetto Corsa player, I was delighted to hear that many of the current popular milsim titles can be heavily modded. However, I'm not sure which game has the biggest modding scene and overall versatility comparable to Assetto Corsa. I'm looking for a milsim with extensive weapon and character gear customization, whether that's available vanilla or through mods.

TLDR: I'm looking for the "Assetto Corsa" of milsim shooters. A platform with a endless replayability and the ability to tailor the experience into almost any military scenario.

Hard resistance downshifting into 1st (2025 Si)

When I try to downshift into 1st gear (going slow ~15mph), the auto rev match kicks in, no issues there. But a hard resistance prevents the gear from being fully engaged, so I can’t push the lever fully into 1st (clutch is fully pressed down too).

I never tried to push the gear in when this happens and I back off into neutral. However, the downshift is able to be done when im going even slower. Is this the synchros at work? But isnt rev match the fix for this? Or is something else going on here?
