Are you able to see the battery tab at all in the settings?

I wanted to show the battery percentage in the icon in the notification bar, expect that I couldn't find the battery option at all in settings. More specifically the option shown in this video: https://youtu.be/IoUE173Pu00

Did they remove this in the last update? Very odd...
