Title. I feel like I'm doing well enough that I should have a decent change at becoming a CMS TA, especially since I have previous experience in tutoring for several years, but I've seen people with way less experience and grades get there first. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I need some advice. :(

p.s. I am not saying they don't deserve it, in fact I give my best congratulations to them and admire them. But I just feel left out of the application process, and I'm not sure how to get that position.
