Anyone ordered from vendors that ship to the UK in larger sizes that are actually true to size?

I've ordered a couple before but they've come super small even though they're supposed to be 4XL.

Been getting pretty dramatic lag spikes when gaming the last few weeks.

Is On both ethernet and WiFi.

Dl/UL speeds are still good but every 10/15 seconds im jerking if its anything online.

My local friend also on virgin seems to be having issues (he is also on an old system so not sure its connected)

Anything obvious to resolve/test this other than resetting modem etc?
