honestly didn't expect to be that guy posting about an ISP but aussie broadband has been a breath of fresh air after years of dealing with the big telcos.
signed up a few weeks back and the connection was live way faster than i expected. speeds have been rock solid, no drops, no random slowdowns at peak. actually getting what i'm paying for which feels weird to say lol.
but the real win is the support. called them once just to sort out a billing question and got through to an actual person in like 2 mins. aussie based, knew their stuff, didn't read off a script. compared to the hour-long hold music nightmare with my old provider it's not even close.
