I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Silver Essence, and I feel it’s important to warn others before they go through the same frustration.

I initially ordered a bracelet worth around ₹4100, but the size was extremely loose. When I requested a smaller size, I was told it wasn’t available. Fair enough—but when I asked for a refund, I discovered they don’t actually provide refunds as expected. Instead, they force you into a store credit, even if you don’t want to purchase anything else from their website.

Reluctantly, I accepted the store credit and ordered an anklet, paying an additional ₹300. The process itself was painfully slow—just picking up the returned product took 10–12 days, and then another 5–10 days for delivery. When the new product finally arrived, the size was again wrong—too loose.

When I requested another exchange, I was asked to pay an additional ₹300 AGAIN. At this point, I had already spent around ₹4800. Despite paying more each time, they repeatedly sent incorrect sizes. Even after multiple exchanges and extra payments, the issue was never resolved.

Now, they have completely stopped responding to my queries. No support, no accountability—just silence.

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The service is slow, policies are misleading, and customer support is practically nonexistent.

Strongly DO NOT BUY anything from this site unless you are absolutely sure about what you’re getting and are okay with their rigid policies.
