Hi all! I'm looking for beta readers for my novel:

1821, London. A physician inherits an old estate in Oxfordshire from his uncle. With the death of his closest friend weighing on him, gossip surrounding his broken engagement to an heiress, and a provision that he cannot sell the estate, he decides instead to find refuge in it. There, his uncle's letters divulge a centuries-old family secret and he finds himself falling in love with a woman he should never have met.

It's 53,000 words and combines the ancestral mystery in The Bewitching and the poignant paranormal romance in The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue with the remote setting of The Hacienda.
