It happened again :( she bit the tongs (they’re rubber coated!) and is bleeding

I managed to get photos before she cleaned it up this time but she bit the tongs while I gave her her nightcrawlers and I noticed she was bleeding again. I give her weekly calcium powder, she eats well, I guess I just don’t understand how this is happening and am worried..? Thoughts and suggestions on how to prevent this are appreciated !!

I went to the mall today for non slip shoes. I did not get the shoes. Instead, I discovered Spencer’s has plushies. I regret nothing.

I gave my frog her monthly treat of a nicely sized hornworm- which normally she takes just fine! This time she lunged and after a second I noticed she had what looked like blood coming from her mouth?? I’m very concerned - I know hornworms aren’t red blooded creatures so it has to be hers right?? Could it have bitten her?? I couldn’t get a picture as she’s already cleaner herself off but I’m worried and wanna make sure tho isn’t a vet thing cause she seems okay for right now. I just wanna make sure I don’t go to work and come home to find the injury was invisible or internal :’)
